Sinéad Dwyer (she/her) is a Project Manager at SEEK Development. She has strong analytical and policy expertise gained over 10 years working across development, government, and health. At SEEK, she leads our Development Finance portfolio including our digital platform the Donor Tracker and is passionate about using it to share SEEK’s insights with the wider advocacy community.
With her expertise in development finance and policy and global health she supports clients including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation with development finance and advocacy projects.
Before joining SEEK, Sinead worked as an Economist for the financial and economic regulator of the UK National Health Service (NHS), helping clients in the regulator and local health economies understand complex problems and design evidence-based policies. She started her career in the OECD Development centre, supporting national governments to identify and propose holistic policy solutions to their binding constraints to development through the OECD’s Multi-dimensional Country Reviews.
Sinead holds a Master in Specialized Economic Analysis: International Trade Finance and Development degree from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, and a BA in Economics and Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
