Reema Kumar (she/her) is an Associate Director at SEEK Development with over a decade of experience in strategic and transformational consulting. A seasoned leader with a 'big-four' consulting background, she specializes in organizational transformation, talent development, and future-of-work design.

At SEEK, Reema is passionate about advising clients on strategy and organizational effectiveness. She has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformations, driving cultural change, and implementing innovative people strategies that align with business goals. Prior to SEEK, Reema was a senior manager at Deloitte, where she partnered with pharmaceutical and private sector companies to enhance organizational capability and navigate complex challenges. Her international experience enables her to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and steer impactful change initiatives.

Reema has a BSc. in Business Management from Queen Mary, University of London and is Chartered MCIPD.
