Amrithaa Gunabalan (she/her) is a Project Manager at SEEK Development. She brings cross-sector strategy consulting and policy experience gained working with non-profit, public sector, and commercial organizations in the US, Europe, MENA, and ASEAN. At SEEK, she supports the Global Health practice.
With her vast experience in data analytics, multi-stakeholder engagement, and evidenced-based strategy development, Amrithaa supports clients with strategic goal setting, tackling organizational design challenges, and creating high-impact and sustainable strategies for achieving social impact objectives.
Amrithaa has previously worked as a strategy consultant, primarily supporting health care clients. Prior to SEEK, she supported health care venture funds and social entrepreneurs across Europe with developing investment and market development strategies. She also worked at NORC at the University of Chicago where she supported health care industry leaders in strategy setting and key decision-making processes by providing expertise in data analysis and modelling, program evaluation, and customized surveying. She started her career at Booz Allen Hamilton where she supported public sector clients in MENA, ASEAN, and the US on workforce development, cybersecurity and defense, economic development, and health care services engagements.
Amrithaa holds a Master's degree in Sociology (TBC) from Freie Universität Berlin and a Master's degree in Economic History from the London School of Economics. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Health Policy & Management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the US.
