Kristin Laub (she/her) is a Senior Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings cross-cutting experience in international development cooperation and strategic consulting. At SEEK, she supports our Development Finance and Advocacy practice. She is a longstanding member of our Donor Tracker project, where she provides data-driven insights on Germany’s development policy to advocates and the Program Policy & Advocacy team at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
With her thematic knowledge of the global development architecture and development finance as well as her experience in strategic consulting, Kristin supports clients in gaining in-depth insights into the international donor landscape, as well as identifying relevant themes, trends, and actors and translating evidence into impactful advocacy strategies.
Prior to joining SEEK, Kristin worked at the Department of Business Development at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), working on private sector participation in development cooperation. Before that, she worked in the Digital Consulting Department at KPMG, where she gained experience in management consulting.
Kristin holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University in Dresden and the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen, where she focused on sustainable supply chains.
