Laura Wefers (she/her) is a Senior Consultant at SEEK Development, specializing in strategy, advocacy and risk & governance in international development. She provides support to international and multilateral clients, NGOs, and foundations, assisting them in developing evidence-based strategies, increasing their organizational and governance effectiveness, forming effective partnerships, and mobilizing resources  for their topics. She is a core member of SEEK's climate and advocacy practice and frequently contributes to the Donor Tracker translating donor intelligence into valuable insights for advocates.

Prior to working at SEEK, Laura worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers as part of the Risk & Regulatory team, where she focused on transformational change of multinational pharma and life science companies.

Laura holds a Master of Development Studies from the School of International Development at London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
