Awuor Ouma (she/her) is a Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings over six years of experience in global health gained from working in management consulting and pharmaceuticals. At SEEK, she uses her expertise to support clients in the health sector in developing sound strategies to transform their core operations.  

With extensive experience in global health and project management skills, she supports clients in the areas of strategy development and organization transformation.  

Previously, Awuor worked at organizations of various sectors in the health arena. She was a consultant at Deloitte East Africa - Strategy & Operations, where she specialized in strategy formulation and execution, business modeling, as well as funds and program management for both public and private sector clients within and outside Africa, gaining skills in navigating complex structures and processes.

Awuor holds a Master of Science in Health Economics and Policy from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Science in Population Health from Kenyatta University in Kenya. She also completed a certificate program in Leading Change at the University of Cambridge.
