Theresa Kresse is a Consultant at SEEK Development, bringing a diverse skill set acquired from her experience in the nonprofit sector and consulting within the public domain, particularly in the field of global health. Over the past five years, she has actively contributed to political advocacy endeavors focused on global health financing structures, the enhancement of development frameworks, research, and development, and improved access to medicine. Theresa's particular interest lies in communicable diseases such as HIV and Tuberculosis, as well as sexual and reproductive health and rights, which led her to join SEEK.
Leveraging her expertise in multi-stakeholder collaborations, global health initiatives, and various disease areas, Theresa will assist SEEK's clients in developing evidence-based advocacy strategies.
Theresa's prior experience have provided her with in-depth insights into research and development, along with market access issues in the medical and public health fields. She gained this knowledge during her time as a public and governmental affairs consultant and project lead at Rhode Public Policy. Before that, Theresa served as a Public Relations Officer for Action against AIDS Germany, where she actively worked on initiatives such as advocating for increased replenishment of the Global Fund in collaboration with other German NGOs.
Theresa holds a Master's in Development Studies from Lund University in Sweden and a Bachelor's in Peace and Conflict Studies from Malmö University in Sweden.
