Ebba Henningsson is an Analyst at SEEK Development. At SEEK she works on the team that operates the Donor Tracker, a free independent website that provides strategic information about 14 major donor countries. Ebba develops and ensures the quality of policy updates for several donor countries and also supports all editorial work around the Donor Tracker website. In addition, she is also supporting the development of a report commissioned by Plan International on donor funding and policies to strengthen the political participation of girls and young women. This comprises a financial analysis of development assistance in this area and qualitative background analysis of international best practices.
Prior to joining SEEK, Ebba worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, interning at Kiron Open Higher Education on projects enabling refugees to access tertiary education, as well as working as a Business Analyst at a finance start-up providing banking alternative finance for small and medium-sized enterprises in developing countries.
Ebba holds a Bachelor of Economics, Politics and International Relations from the University College Dublin. During her studies she focused on Globalization and Development; Quantitative Economics; and Policy Making, Implementation and Evaluation.
