Lucia is a Senior Consultant at SEEK Development. She combines experience in organizational development and strategy with expertise in finance and operations. Lucia leads SEEK’s internal operations and ensures operational excellence in financial management, human resources and legal topics. In her work with clients, Lucia focuses on driving organizational change through organization review and design, cultural transformation, and capability building. She is regularly involved in the design and facilitation of client leadership workshops and retreats.
Before joining SEEK Development, Lucia held management positions at Siemens, and was responsible for managing global strategic initiatives and building new teams. In the course of her roles there, she supported the implementation of a global redesign and transformation of the company’s finance function, as part of a transition process from a decentralized department to an integrated tax team. In another role at one of Siemens’ country subsidiaries, as head of a department Lucia redesigned team structures and processes to centralize operations and increase efficiency.
Lucia holds a Masters in International Business from the ESCP in Paris and University in Vienna, and a LLM degree from the Business University in Vienna. She has also completed formal training in business coaching, facilitation and negotiation.
