Jessica Kraus is a Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings to the team experience in global health and project management with a firm understanding of international development policy and financing. She applies her analytical skills to the development of recommendations for international organizations across a wide range of topics. She has led on a number of financial analyses, including analyses related to global health research and development, pandemic preparedness, sexual, reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health (SRMNCAH), energy access, and education.
Prior to joining SEEK in 2013, Jessica worked as a technical associate at Population Services International (PSI) in Vietnam. At PSI, she was responsible for research reports on health programs in South East Asia. She also supported efforts to develop behavior change programs. She began her career as a researcher in epidemiology and environmental health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She also assisted on burden of disease estimates at the World Health Organization.
Jessica holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP), a joint degree from the Humboldt University of Berlin and European University Viadrina, as well as a BA in Public Health Studies from the Johns Hopkins University. She focused her studies on organizational psychology, project management, statistics, sociology, and environmental studies.
