Christina Figiel is a Project Manager at SEEK Development. She has extensive experience working with governments, NGOs, international organizations and private organizations on topics related to public health, education, and refugee integration. She combines deep expertise in organizational development and transformation (incl. in situations of crisis), the development and implementation of strategies, and lean management with comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior to joining SEEK, Christina was a Junior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where she focused on strategic and organizational challenges in the public and social sector. Christina co-authored several chapters in the McKinsey Centre for Government’s reports “Education to Employment – Getting Europe’s Youth into Work”. She also worked with CNC Communications & Network Consulting, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, the European Parliament and the German Bundestag, amongst others.
Christina holds a Master of Business Administration from IE Business School in Madrid, a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Master of Public Affairs from Sciences Po in Paris. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Mannheim University.
