Nadia Setiabudi (she/her/hers or they/them/theirs) is a Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings research and impact evaluation skills gained over four years of experience in international development and poverty alleviation. At SEEK, she is a core member of the Donor Tracker team and the Gender Equality practice. She also regularly contributes to the Development Finance and Advocacy practice.
With cross-sectoral thematic knowledge and expertise in analytics, she provides clients with qualitative and quantitative evidence to support strategy development, and tailored development finance analytics for resource mobilization and advocacy efforts.
Prior to joining SEEK, she worked at J-PAL Southeast Asia, most recently as a research manager, where she supervised the implementation of large-scale randomized evaluations across Indonesia. She also led the Inclusive Financial Innovation Initiative at J-PAL Southeast Asia, managing the initiative’s research portfolio and leading policy disseminations to key public and private sector stakeholders. She brings both policy and research experience in multiple sectors, including financial inclusion, social protection, gender equality, education, health, and agriculture.
Nadia holds a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York.
